PRHYLI Albany Institute (Phase II) Staff/Volunteer Survey 2020

Dear PR/HYLI Staff/Volunteer,

This survey is being administered to all PR/HYLI Staff/Volunteers who have participated in PR/HYLI Albany Institute (Phase II).  The survey is being administered on behalf of the New York State Education Department’s Office of Bilingual Education and World Languages (OBE-WL) as part of an independent evaluation of the PR/HYLI program. 

Your responses about your participation and experiences are an important part of the statewide evaluation; we welcome your response even if you have completed this survey in past years.

You can skip any questions you do not wish to answer, but please answer as candidly as possible. Be assured that the information you provide will be treated confidentially; neither you nor your delegation will be identified with any response. Your responses will in no way affect your performance review/s, your employment, and/or participation in PR/HYLI or the participation of your delegation.
