This survey is being administered to all participants in the 2021 PR/HYLI
Regional Delegation Training (Phase I). The survey is being administered on
behalf of the New York State Education Department’s Office of Bilingual
Education and World Languages (OBE-WL) as part of an independent evaluation
of the PR/HYLI program.
Your responses about your experience are an important part of the statewide
evaluation.
Please answer the questions as honestly as possible. You can skip any
questions you do not wish to answer. Be assured that the information you
provide will be treated confidentially; neither you nor your school or
delegation will be identified with any response.
